The Create Columbus Commission (CCC) announced 12 new commission members and the election of their 2020 executive committee. The CCC is an organization of YPs, individuals within the ages of 20 and 40, dedicated to identifying and supporting civic engagement strategies and tactics that help Columbus attract and retain young and talented individuals.

“As the Commission heads into its thirteenth year, I’m excited by the diversity and depth of talents this class brings,” said Densil Porteous, returning Chair of the Create Columbus Commission. “2019 saw the Commission complete its first year as an independent 501(c)(3) organization, a return to its catalyst grants program, a refinement in its programatic offerings, and an affirmation in its work around affordable housing and public art. The class of 2020 ensures we have the capacity to set the organization on track for continued successes.”
